How it works

We’ll start with a brief 15-minute phone or video call to get to know each other. You can ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and decide if it feels like a good fit.

2. Begin Your Sessions

If you choose to move forward, we’ll schedule your first full session. This is where we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and the kind of support you’re looking for. Sessions are held weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed — in person or online.

3. Grow, Reflect, Heal

Through consistent, compassionate support, we’ll work together to help you better understand yourself, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.
