1. Introduction

Welcome to WhiteBloom Cleaning Services. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a clear and fair working relationship between us and our clients.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of cleaning services, including:

  • Regular cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in / Move-out cleaning

  • Custom cleaning packages

The scope of work will be agreed upon before the service begins.

3. Booking & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service price).

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to the property at the agreed time.

  • Ensure the safety of our team by removing hazardous materials or obstacles.

  • Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
